Hi everyone! This is a picture of the sidewalk in front of the convention center where I went to the tradeshow.
Doris took good care of Emily while I was at the meetings.
After the tradeshow closed, we put Emily in the stroller and we walked to Disneyland. There is an area with shops and restaurants that you don't have to pay to get in, so we walked around there. There was a guy there playing piano like crazy and "smoke" was coming out of the piano. He was a very good piano player.
Then we went to Wetzels Pretzels and got a soft pretzel and watched them wrap hotdogs. This is a picture of the trollys that they use to haul people around Disneyland. They looked kinda weird and kinda cool.
Emily loved her stroller ride.

This is a picture of me in front of a waterfountain.

Krista, I took this picture for you to see Cinderellas castle.

We went to the lego store and they had a huge giraffe made out of legos. I took a video of it so you could see how big it was. Sorry I held the camera sideways. click on it to watch it. Then watch the other one too. I'll be home in the morning. Love you all!

California bound!

Hey everybody! I made it to california in one piece. The weather here is beautiful. It was 79* when I got off the plane. I'm posting some pictures of my day from start to finish. We started out at Wilma's house where we had spent the night. The little pink pony made the trip with us too. We got to the airport with an hour to spare, so Emily and I walked around and looked at all the airplanes. I took some pictures for you to see. Then the flight attendant let Emily and I get on first and get all settled before everyone else got on. Emily was very good. She cried a little when we were taking off and landing, probably because it hurt her ears, but the rest of the time she was ok. The pictures from the plane start out in Indianapolis and you can see the one with lines of trains. I thought you boys would like that picture. It was pretty cool to see. Then when I looked out the window again, the ground was covered in snow. Later we flew over mountains and that was neat too. Now we are here and Emily has had her bath, and is asleep for the night. I'll send more pictures tomorrow.

Hey everybody! We've got a new addition to our family. A couple of nights ago we got a call from someone trying to get rid of baby coons, so we took one. His name is Rascal and he belongs to Jared and Kendall. He doesn't have his eyes open yet, but he will supposedly get much cuter as he gets older. Right now we still have to feed him with a bottle, and he does real good with it. He drinks milk mixed with Caro and egg yolks.

Well, I think spring is finally here! We have been enjoying the warm weather to the fullest extent of the law. We have been going on long bike rides and its like pulling teeth to get Kyle out of the cart when we get home. He just started talking up a storm and yesterday started riding Lindseys bike with training wheels. He can really make that thing go and he loves it. He just grew up like overnight. Yesterday he wanted to check out a novel at the library and I told him he's too little to read that. He replied with a "But mom! I'm big!"

This morning the girls have been washing and combing their ponies and then begged me to do a photoshoot with them, so here they are.

One of my neighbors introduced me to a fast lunch, so that's what we are doing today. I like it because Kendall can make them by himself and they all love them. Take a pack of ritz crackers, put a small piece of cheese on the cracker and top with a piece of pepperoni. You can put more cheese on top for pretty if you want. Then put them in the oven at 225 for about 5 minutes until the cheese is a little melted. They disappear really fast!
Well, the kids are begging to go on a bike ride, so I've got to sign off for now.

Starting out

Well, I'm stepping out on a limb and trying something new. One of these days I'm going to have to resign myself to being old and not try to keep up with technology, but for today, I'm going to see what happens.
